We bought our home three years ago and have been slowly doing some remodeling to make it our home. The guest bathroom is one of the few rooms in the house where we didn't have to renovate, the bathroom was brand new with fresh coat of paint and fixtures.
The only issue were the lights. There are three scones in the bathroom and one morning I turned on the light switch and only one would work. Bryan changed the light bulbs, still nothing. This particular room would trip once in a while, so we figured it was the wiring and would look at it a later time. This was six months ago.
Flash forward to last week: My mom is visiting from Virginia. I get home from work on a Friday, and BAM! All 3 light turn on! I look at my mom incrediously.
"How did you do it?"
"Do what?"
"Fix the lights in the bathroom?"
She then preceeds to explain to me that she tripped the breaker and flipped the switch.
"Okay...but how did you get the lights to work?"
My mom stares at me like I have two heads. "I turned the knob..."
"Where is the knob on the breaker?" I'm thinking in my head how I could of missed this elusive knob on our circuit breaker.
"No, look." my mom then walks me into the bathroom and clicks the knob on the bottom of the light fixture. The knob that has somehow remind hidden from both my husband and I for the last THREE years! Insert forehead smack now.

I need your mom to come to my house - I have lights that I don't know how to work, too!
