Summer's offically here!

To me it's not officially the start of summer until I have my first lobster roll.  I'm a purist; It has to be on a toasted hotdog roll, little mayo, no lettuce.

Well tonight was the night and it was absolutely delish. Oh and the Summer Shandy is a perfect pairing to wash it all down with.
