We return to Kinvara and find Traught Beach to spend the morning and lunch there.
The water was warm, and I overheard a few locals comment about the temperature. A whole week of warm weather can really make a difference.
Even at the beach you will find some sort of livestock nearby. There about six horses grazing near the restrooms.
After getting our fill of Vitamin D, we head back into Kinvara. We took a tour inside Dunguaire Castle, much smaller than Bunratty, but just as impressive.
I'm trying to look regal on the throne. Think I pulled it off?

You can climb all the way up the turrent? Tower? I can never remember which is which, but what ever the correct name is, the 360 degree view from up above is breathtaking.
As we head down from the castle, we were greeting by mute swans; so regal and graceful.
Tomorrow it's back to Dublin where we will spend our last night in Ireland, and then homeward bound!
