After Scarlett was born, Bryan went out to the waiting room to announce her arrival, and was greeted with lack luster enthusiasm. He walks in grinning and announces: 7.2! And my family just stares at him. Everybody thought 7.2 meant centimeters not pounds (did I mention this labor was quick?), but once they all realized that she had been born they all could not wait to meet her.
Big brother Jack had the first honors and he was so sweet and gentle with her. I know he will be the best big brother.

Jack was fascinated with his little sister's feet and toes. When comparing the two, I realized that my little boy is no longer. Seems like only yesterday that it was Jack I was holding in my arms, and marveling at his his tiny hands and feet.
