When the day arrived, I had about three pages of notes for them. As I was writing I felt like I was preparing lesson plans for a sub. The day arrived and I had Jack in my arms as we were getting ready to leave, and he started waving bye bye to my in-laws not realizing mom and dad were the ones leaving. I handed him over and he started to cry, I then proceeded to cry, but gave him a big hug and kiss and left before I changed my mind.
The concert was incredible. We stayed at a campground across from the concert site and avoided having to drive with tens of thousands other people. Unfortunately, it poured the whole drive down, but the U2 gods were smiling that day, for around five o'clock the rain diminished just in time for us to head down the the concert sight a (soggy) 15 minute walk away.
Pictures cannot due justice on the massive size of the spaceship like structure that was part of U2's stage
Donning our U2 shirts waiting for the show to start. We had really great seats.
| Even though he couldn't be with us their were signs of Jack wherever we went... |

U2 ended their 2 year 360 tour in Moncton. You could tell it was a bittersweet moment for the group. During the course of the tour, 18 babies were born, 8 divorces and 3 marriages took place.
Jack was amazing during our time away. We slept through the night, ate well and was just his happy go-lucky self. Though I missed him terribly, it was nice for Bryan and I to get away.
