Last week, Jack turn nine months. He is still toothless, but that hasn't stopped him from trying new foods. Some of Jack's favorites are yogurt, bread and pretty much anything that has applesauce mixed in with it! He will let you know when he enjoys a certain food. He does this happy dance and shouts out, "MMMM!" really loud. :)
Today, I was playing with him and gave him a bear that speaks and sings. We played some music and all of a sudden Jack starts bouncing with the music. It was adorable. It is so amazing watching him develop every day. There is always something new.
Jack is soooo close to crawling. He can now easily get up on all fours and will rock back and forth and today he took a "step". I'm not sure when it is considered to be officially crawling, but I am waiting for that scooting across the floor moment. He gets frustrated however, when he can't go where he wants to go. Today he laid on his belly and started kicking his feet like he was in water and kept crying out in frustration when he didn't move.
Here is a little video of Jack's attempt to crawling. After a while when he can't get to where he wants to go he resorts to rolling towards the person or object.

Rub a dub dub...
Rub a dub dub...Sadly our beloved Patriots lost to the Jets during the playoffs. But we sure had fun cheering them on. We practice the touchdown hand signals with Jack, unfortunately he didn't get to use it too often during this game.
Touchdown!
