Well I am now officially a working mom, and it wasn't a smooth transition. Monday, was the first day of school for teachers, and that was the day Jack decided to get his first official cold. Because of his cold, he of course stopped sleeping through the night, which makes for a tired mommy and daddy in the morning. AND naturally schools starts the week Maine has its first official heatwave since 2002. Nothing says welcome back to school like a classroom with 17 students in a concrete room with no AC. So needless to say, it was a rough week back! :) Friday, we picked Jack up from daycare (who was feeling much better by this point) and we give him some floor time. And he gave of the best gift, he rolled over for the first time and both Bryan and I were able to witness it. He totally made me forget about my long week, and I couldn't stop smiling all night long. :)
