As you know Bryan and I have decided not to find the gender of our baby, but are having fun with the old wives tales that claim they can predict the baby's gender.
Here are a few and my results:
*Carrying high=girl
*Feet feel colder than before=boy (though it is winter here in Maine and that may be have something to do with it)
*Hair not growing faster on legs=girl
*Dad-to-be hasn't been gaining weight along with Mom-to-be=girl
*The maternal grandmother doesn't have gray hair (dyed or natural)=girl
*You didn't have morning sickness early in pregnancy=boy
*You are craving sweets=girl (though my mom craved sweets with Dominic)
*Your belly looks like a basketball=boy
*Your baby's heart rate is 140 or more beats per minute=girl
I took 4 different gender predictions and they all point to a girl...BUT if I go by the Chinese Gender Calendar it will be a boy...
I guess the only true test will be when our bundle of joy is born in April! :)
The Chinese prediction calendar gave me girl with both of mine... :-) Most of the other wives tales pointed to boy. And as you know, me and my crew are ladies!
