Have you hugged your placenta lately?
We had our ultrasound appointment to determine the weight of the baby because of my diabetes. We were able to get a few shots of her face and were even able to see her open her mouth and swallow some amniotic fluid.
These aren't the clearest pictures, but a little preview of what's to come. She was snuggled up to my placenta the whole time, because really who doesn't want to hug a placenta? :)
